I’m Chris J Nicklin. Founder. Musician DJ turned experience obsessed music architect.
Before launching this business, I was shaping musicians from the inside as a college professor, a guiding voice behind the degree. The focus was on helping artists interpret sound and translate it into meaningful musical expression.
I’ve always been a builder at heart. Whether it was Legos as a kid or woodworking as a teen. But at 14, I found my true medium: building immersive musical performances.
This led me to a Master’s in Classical Guitar (yes, really), but I traded the recital halls and classrooms for the energy of packed weddings. Why? Because I saw too many DJs hitting 'play' and checking out. I knew I could bring a musician’s ear to the DJ booth, so I did.
When I’m not curating your perfect playlist, I’m probably experimenting in the kitchen, color grading videos, or planning my next big adventure. But mostly? I’m plotting new ways to make your party legendary.

What’s your idea of perfect happiness?
Having true freedom in music, reading the energy in real time and answering with the right song or feel ,like speaking a second language.
What’s your greatest extravagance?
Restaurants! I can be pretty bougie when it comes to food.
On what occasion do you lie?
When someone clearly does not want to hear the truth.
Which historical figure do you most identify yourself with?
Marie Antoinette. We are eating some cake!
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Hope. It is a poor man's faith. I have hope in nothing but abounding faith.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I could really work on not being a control freak. Learning to delegate is a great skill I am working on.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Building a business I love where I get to play music 24/7 for clients happiest moments.
What is your most marked characteristic?
Conscientiousness and ambition.
What do you most value in your friends?
I love reliable people that don't take live to seriously.
How do you take your margarita?
frozen with a salted rim.
